Firstly we will chat with you to make sure we understand your needs and requirements and we also explain our terms of business in plain English. You will also receive a copy of our Initial Disclosure Document confirming these terms.
Once we have established your requirements we will spend some time going through in-depth personal mortgage fact finding, to ensure that we fully understand your requirements, so that we can make the most suitable recommendations for you.

Having established what products are available, we will then explain the options and help you understand which solution(s) best meet your requirements and why. We will not baffle you with confusing financial terms and expressions but will explain your choices in clear, plain English!
To protect you and ensure your security, we will also review your current and potential personal protection requirements and make any necessary recommendations to you.
Once you have decided to go ahead, we will provide you with documents which explain the costs and other important information, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority. This will allow you to carefully consider the details before you confirm that you wish to proceed.
No need for complicated form-filling! We will help complete the paperwork and submit this to the chosen lender (you will need at this stage to pay the appropriate application fees).
We will then constantly liaise with the lender on your behalf to ensure that your application is dealt with as smoothly and quickly as possible right through to final completion. We can also recommend other trustworthy professionals from our network should you require their services (e.g. solicitors etc). This will add further to your peace of mind and ensure smooth completion of the transaction.
