We will provide you with documents which explain the costs and other important information, so you can make an informed decision, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority. This will allow you to carefully consider the details before you confirm that you wish to proceed.
No need for complicated form-filling! We will help complete the paperwork and submit this to the chosen lender (you will need at this stage to pay the appropriate application fees).
We will then regularly liaise with the lender on your behalf to endevour that your application is dealt with as smoothly and quickly as possible right through to final completion. We can also recommend other trustworthy professionals from our network should you require their services (e.g. solicitors etc). This will add further to your peace of mind and ensure smooth completion of the transaction.
